Terrazzo flooring is commonly used in Airports, Railway Stations, Supermarkets and Shopping Malls.
Although a very durable product, eventually a tired terrazzo floor will be in need of restoration. At Spectrum we provide a bespoke restoration and diamond grinding/polishing service for Terrazzo flooring. We have successfully carried out repairs for Tescos, Co-op, Sainsburys and Morrisons.
We will replace tiles using a precise fixing method to maximize the floors' lifespan and carry out resin joint repairs. Once the floor has been repaired it is rejuvenated by diamond grinding/polishing to achieve a high gloss finish.
Regular maintenance using the correct system will keep the floor looking good once restoration has been done.
